Magic Hours at Magic Kingdom

Day Three: A Late Arrival to Magic Kingdom

We took a “day off” on day three.  We spent our morning eating breakfast at Olivia’s at the Old Key West Resort, and spent a little time in Downtown Disney to do some much needed Disney shopping.

We attended the required spiel by Hilton Grand Vacation Club in the afternoon.  After all, we were here because of an opportunity Hilton provided!

We decided to grab a bite for dinner before heading back to the parks.  Kieghan was able to get in a good nap which allowed us to entertain him all night at the late times Magic Kingdom was open.

It was a bit rainy when we arrived, but it didn’t bother us with our Mickey ponchos and hats to keep the rain out of our way!

Kieghan had a blast dancing with The Incredibles at a dance party in Tomorrowland, and we enjoyed going on some of our favorite rides a few more times.  After all, with no wait times, it makes it easy to just hop on just about any and every ride you want!

When we were tired of some rides, we decided to take advantage of some character meet and greets at the park.  Kieghan’s only request was to go meet Ariel.  I’m not sure what it was about her, but he insisted on meeting her.  We granted him that wish, and in less than ten minutes we were in her cave and meeting The Little Mermaid.

Since he did so well with Ariel, we figured we would try to go meet a couple of our favorite characters, Mickey and Tinkerbell.

Magical moments of flying like Peter Pan with Mickey and entering a world of fairies with Tinkerbell made it well worth the wait!
